| ABSTRACT: | Brief proposals were made for investigations which were necessary for each of the proposed schemes so that more detailed studies can be undertaken. The work covered two areas in detail: * The hydrological and hydrogeological aspects of the Zarqa Basin in connection with the water supply for the Amman - Zarqa basin. * Ground water studies for the Samasdoud wellfield area and preliminary reconnaissance of the Maqarin scheme in connection with the water supplies to Irbid. |
