| ABSTRACT: | This study was mainly concerned with artificially recharging water into two sites in Jordan. The first site is at the Muwaqqar area / Central Jordan, lying in the 150-200 mm/yr precipitation zone and the other in the northern Jordan Valley area with 200-300 mm precipitation per year. The study involved an evaluation of the recharge techniques and their efficiency in quantitative and qualitative terms in order to achieve an efficient groundwater management. |
